yeah last fri was a damn meaningful day
went to MINDS for cip
it's sort of a sch which teaches children who are intellectually challenged
some students from NJC and JJC took part in this project
we were to spend a day with them
play games with them and put up some performances
hmmx i have to say i was damn scared at first
cos i had nvr interact with any such children before
didnt noe wat to expect
was afraid i couldnt get along with them or smth might happen
haha but it was ok la
my buddy was ADELINE!
lol actually she's only one yr younger than me...so not exactly a child la
hmmx she doesnt respond to me de
when i ask her qns
she wont ans or say anything
but she does laugh quite often
so at least i noe she's happy(:
but yeah this is the first time when i keep talking to someone and yet i get no respond
it's ok la
as long as i noe she's enjoying herself can le
and i realise she will follow my actions de haha
when playing soccer,which is not exactly the normal soccer tt we play la,i asked her to kick the ball in front of her
i had to demo the action of kicking the ball before she does suit
and when singing and dancing,she also follows wat i do
i feel like an elder sis then haha
i felt damn malu during my grp's performance
haha but it's still an experience
and we had a surprise by the MINDS students!
a few of them did a dance for us
haha i think they danced even better than me lo
ok la im lousy in dancing
yeah the thing is...i had a v strange feeling when i was watching the dance
so touched by their performance
i duno why...but i felt really warm inside
i may not know them well,but im damn proud of them(:
had lots of thoughts while watching their performance too
it definitely isnt easy for them to rmb all the dance steps and stuff
but they did it pretty well(:
at the end of the day,i have to say i really enjoyed myself alot
it wasnt wat i expected
had thought it would be v boring
but i had lots of fun(:
they may not respond to their surroundings in the correct manner, may take time in adapting to certain stuff or may have some difficulty in expressing themselves, but what matters to me was their smiles and laughters. they really made my day ^_^

kk last sat went bball with some np ppl!

but at least some made it a pt to go
actually didnt play much
most of the time was spent slacking around and staring into space lol
but still it was nice meeting up with them(:

cos wanted to go home early
in the end they all persuaded me and ya im a easily persuaded person haha

went red star restaurant to eat dim sum!
the dim sum there is fantastic!

first time eating dim sum and i really enjoyed the food there

today went zhiying hse with the intention of doing the phy research which mryong assigned us to do
we reached her hse at around 1pm
and we started playing cards LOL
3 ppl daidee
we said we would end at 130
in the end we played all the way till 6
till we were all shagged
haha i duno how we managed to do it too
we are damn slacked la!
lol after tt attempted the phy
but we totally couldnt figure out wat the description on internet means
so we only managed to finish abt half?

kk first of all i wanna shout out loud tt pw is OVER!
haha ok i noe i quite lag cos my op was over on mon and now it's thurs alrdy
but these 2 days working mah,didnt have time to update
yeah my grp's op timeslot was 1300
had 2 audience duties before op
and we changed our skit slightly just b4 op
lol so impromptu

cos i think we were the last slot of the day

monday was soso fun!! ^_^

yeah pw is over. but i guess i will miss all my pw mates.miss all the stoning sessions,haha we always stone when we are thinking of ideas,but im so used to it alrdy la.and all the crap stuff during our pw sessions.
i dont have to bring laptops out again for pw.
i dont ever have to travel to hougang or bishan for pw again.
i dont have to pia overnight for all the reports and stuff again.
i dont have to stone during pw lessons again.
but...i will really miss the pw sessions
miss staring into space with the other 4
my grp may not be a v strong grp as we dont have brilliant speakers or v smart thinkers
we are v average
but nonetheless,we always make it a point to meet up as a whole grp to carry out our discussions
some grps do stuff separately and seldom meet up
but my grp always meet up
this makes me miss working tgther with them even more

kk tue and wed had been working
16hrs in consecutively 2 days
almost died
was damn blur on my first day
i even dropped a fork on the customer's lap!
ohman so malu la
and committed other stupid mistakes too
and i realised most of the ppl who visit bakerzin are rich lol
the things there v ex
and most pay by credit card lol
haiz i still have lots to learn
missed my last bus home too
had to take cab,but can claim the money la haha

2nd day worked 9hrs
had to stand all the way
cant sit at all
didnt ate anything for the 9hrs too
and i survived!
haha wat a miracle
but was damn shag after tt
initially thought joe,my supervisor, was v v strict
she even asked me wat i learnt during my first day of work
v scared of her
but when i was abt to leave
she asked me to share with her the chicken thigh rice
haha think cos she noe i havent ate anything
she let me tried some of the tiny biscuits too,lol duno wat is it called
and she started to talk to me
haha ok actually she's quite nice
the ppl there are all v nice la
like one big family
just tt im still new and havent really fit in yet
they are v willing to help me and try their best to clear my doubts too
hmmx but seriously,working isnt easy at all
and im quite sick of it alrdy

i thought both movies were nice(:

prestige is abt these 2 magicians competing agst each other

and seriously i think it's quite dumb for those 2 to keep trying to outdo each other

cos they really sacrificed lotsa stuff in the process

i felt there's no meaning to the competition la

haha i realised i v observant and smart during the show cos i noticed some stuff

initially i thought kira was a not too bad guy

cos he killed criminals and those who deserved to be punished but were not caught by law

but when he started to kill the FBI agents and those who were in his way

i think he had gone too far

he even sacrificed his girlfriend's life to remove police's doubt of him

his girlfriend had truly loved him and instead he made used of her
